At Campbelltown Stadium, the first team to qualify for their decider was Daniel Lacey's Tarsha Gale side.
After falling short the previous two seasons, Lacey's Steelers and their opponents Wests Tigers traded tries in the first half, including four-pointers to Illawarra's Maddison Weatherall and Teagan Berry, to go into the break at 8-all.
But the second half belonged to Lacey's troops, who ran in five tries to three to set up their 34-24 win.
Tries in the second half were scored by Mikayla Kidd, Weatherall, berry, Rhiannon Tungai and Nancy Misa, with Olvia Vale landing three conversions.
In the win, Lacey's team featured Group Seven's Keele Browne, Meg Buchanan (both Milton-Ulladulla), Teagan Berry and Riley Scott (both Stingrays).
The scarlett and white will play Newcastle in the final, after they defeated St George 36-28 in their preliminary final at St Marys Leagues Stadium.
The second Steelers team to book their spot in their grand final was Bin Linde's SG Ball side, which included Warilla-Lake South's Blake Dowel and Sam Hooper, Milton-Ulladulla's Oscar Fitzpatrick, Albion Park-Oak Flats' Joshua Coric and Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Oliver Parrish from Group Seven.
Linde's side jumped out of the blocks, with tries to Mathew and Max Feagai in the first seven minutes.
But the Parramatta Eels hit back, scoring tries through Albert Etuati-Favaae and Viliami Penisini, to go into the break at 10-all.
In the second half, both Feagai brothers crossed in the first 15 minutes after the resumption - tries which were cancelled out by Samuel Hughes and Tyler Field for the Eels.
But Max Feagai completed his match-winning hat-trick in the 68th minute, to secure the Steelers a 26-22 win - with Jayden Sullivan landing three conversions on the day.
Awaiting Linde's side in the decider are the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, who defeated the Central Coast Roosters 24-12 in the other preliminary final.
