Opposition Leader Bill Shorten claims the Liberals are gripped by "complete Islamophobia" following two high-profile incidents.
West Australian MP Ian Goodenough has admitted to meeting a white supremacist, while a Liberal Party candidate in Victoria has been sacked over an anti-Islamic rant.
"The Liberal Party is riddled with right-wing extremists," Mr Shorten told reporters in Adelaide.
Morrison government minister Alan Tudge is trying to cauterise the damage after Mr Goodenough confirmed he met far right extremist and convicted criminal Neil Erikson.
Mr Erikson claims he also met Liberal MP Andrew Hastie at a rally in support of white South African farmers.
Mr Hastie denies the meeting took place, while Mr Goodenough admits he spoke briefly with the extremist.
Mr Tudge said hundreds of people attended the rally in Perth last year.
"Ian Goodenough, Andrew Hastie, the Liberal Party, do not share any of the values of that particular individual," Mr Tudge told Sky News on Wednesday.
"That individual has extreme values which should be given no countenance, no oxygen, and we do not share his values."
Those gathered at the April rally were calling for "persecuted" white farmers to be given preferential treatment through Australia's humanitarian intake.
Meanwhile, Jeremy Hearn has been dumped as Liberal candidate for the Melbourne seat of Isaacs after making "appalling" comments about Muslims.
