The items were seized and will undergo forensic examination, according to NSW Police.
Ms Baker, 30, has been missing from her Parramatta home since the early hours of January 4 this year.
James Hachem, 32, described by police as an "acquaintance" of Ms Baker has been charged with murder, but Ms Baker's body has not been found.
A large contingent of police and volunteers from the State Emergency Service searched bush south of Nowra near Warra Warra Road on the eastern side of the Princes Highway.
Police formed Strike Force Boutcher in relation to Ms Baker's disappearance from her Early Street home in Parramatta.
Detectives are being assisted in the search by officers from the dog unit, the Public Order and Riot Squad (PORS), Operations Support Group (OSG), marine command and members of the SES.
The search started Tuesday and continued on Wednesday.
Police said the search is part of the ongoing investigation and similar operations have been held in other rural areas as part of their inquiries.
Officers have previously searched a rest stop near Goulburn but that didn't provide a breakthrough.
