George Antoniou's men have been title contenders in each of the past two seasons and look poised to play a massive part again in this year's League Championship race. They fell heartbreakingly short in their two previous title bids, but can make an early season statement and jump the Blueys into top spot with a win at home.
"We are expecting a really tough game to be honest," Olympic's George Antoniou said.
"We are always looking to get a result in every game and I know they will obviously be looking to do the same.
"They have had a good start and a strong preseason as well. They have recruited well and added some experienced to their squad."
Olympic were considered by many to be the favourites to win the league in 2019, but have endured a mixed start to the campaign. They bounced back into form with a convincing 4-1 win over South Coast United last weekend.
"Last week we were good and I think we are gradually getting better throughout every game this season," Antoniou said. "It was positive performance and hopefully we can continue in that direction this weekend."
In other games, Wollongong United host Fernhill Foxes, Port Kembla meet Bulli and Albion Park White Eagles take on Woonona. On Sunday, South Coast United play Coniston while Corrimal Rangers tackle Cringila.
