Mikala Fergusson, 26, was the honeypot while the trio of men provided the muscle to carry out the pre-planned scheme, which played out late on the evening of September 21, 2017 and resulted in the victim losing more than $5,000 from his bank accounts.
Court documents said the man first met Fergusson in late 2016 while she was working at Unanderra brothel "Desires".
The victim then continued seeing Fergusson in the following months, each time hiring a hotel room for them. Sometimes he paid for the sex, other times he didn't.
Fast-forward to the day before the robbery, and Fergusson had contacted the victim asking if he wanted to meet up. He agreed, this time saying he'd rent a room at the Harp Hotel and pay her $300 for the sex.
They met at the hotel the following night, with Fergusson seen being dropped off by a black sedan.
The pair went straight up to the bedroom and the victim got naked on the bed while Fergusson changed into lingerie.
However, in a departure from their normal course of action, Fergusson asked the victim to have a shower before they had sex.
The victim agreed, however, when he got out of the shower, Fergusson said her phone battery had died and she wanted to see if she could borrow one from the hotel.
She got dressed and left the room with the key card in her hand, while the victim remained lying on the bed, naked.
Hotel CCTV showed Fergusson walk downstairs to greet three men in the now-returned black sedan.
Fergusson handed them the room key and they entered the victim's room - one armed with a metal poll - and told him to cover himself before saying "we can do this the easy way or the hard way".
One of the men ordered the victim to hand over his wallet and phone before demanding to know the PIN to his online banking app.
They also demanded his email address and password, telling him not to lie to them or they'd "shove this iron bar up your arse".
Meanwhile, Fergusson left in the black sedan with one of the men.
They drove to the Novotel North Wollongong and the Redibank ATM in Auburn Street where Fergusson used the victim's bank card to pinch $5,600 from his accounts.
The pair then return to the hotel, pick up the remaining two males and leave the scene.
The victim got dressed a short time later and contacted police.
Fergusson was arrested and charged with robbery in company and obtaining a benefit by deception.
She pleaded guilty to the charges in Wollongong Local Court this week.
She remains in custody and will face sentencing in Wollongong District Court on May 17.
