EARLIER: An accident on the M1 at North Wollongong is causing delays southbound Tuesday morning.
Roads and Maritime Services is reporting a crash between a truck and a car just past University Avenue, which occurred just after 8:20am.
One southbound lane is closed. Motorists are advised to expect significant delays.
At 8:46am traffic was heavy back to Mount Ousley Road.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said no-one was seriously injured.
