Start to think outside the square and try some of these slightly newer and different pieces in your cardio routine.
Rower: a great machine that uses glutes, quadriceps and arms.
Assault Bike: arguably one of the hardest cardio pieces that incorporates riding with pushing/pulling actions.
Battle Rope: heavy ropes that work not only your lungs but shoulders too.
