Saturday saw the side claim a 47-31 victory over Dapto, with the loss being Dapto's first of the season.
Sitting just one point behind Wests on the ladder are Corrimal RSL who have one win and one draw. The Cadets played out a gripping 43-all draw with the Southern Suburbs Vipers in round two.
Wests and Corrimal will face off in a top-of-the-table clash on Saturday.
Northern Suburbs Butchers secured their first win of the season by defeating Woonona Phoenix 48-30, while the Woonona Swifts also fell on Saturday, losing to Shellharbour 39-34.
