Baby Bunting and Petbarn will follow on Friday and Roni's on Wednesday, June 5.
Stockland Retail Park centre manager Daniel Buchanan said the five stores will cover more than 7500 square metres of combined space in the retail park.
The new stores will be running celebratory activities throughout the coming weeks.
He said they will complement the existing lineup of brands presently offered such as Woolworths, Dan Murphy's and eight mini majors and eight specialty stores.
"We are thrilled to offer our customers not just one, but five new stores at Shellharbour Retail Park," he said.
"We know that our customers want a shopping experience that is both simple and diverse.
"We are continuing to improve our retail options and deliver on that appeal, now offering a wider variety of choices all in one convenient location.
"Baby Bunting will be the only one if its kind in Illawarra, helping to ease the hunt for baby products in the South Coast region.
"The new stores will be running celebratory activities throughout the coming weeks, including barbecues, an animal petting zoo, prizes and giveaways, as well as sport star appearances".
Shellharbour Retail Park will be celebrating with the community on Saturday June 1 from 10am to 4pm.
