A HOST of South Coast products have dominated the weekend's 2019 Ocean and Earth regional junior titles at Bombo Beach - the third of eight stops of the event around the state.

The under 18 boys and girls division were taken out by Ulladulla's Luke O'Connell and Kiama's Samara Cox respectively.
O'Connell, who also took out the Asia Air of the Day prize, won from Werri Beach's Hayden Ward and Kiama pair Chae Conti and Max Bullen, while Cox finished ahead of Far South Coast's Arabella Terpey, Kiama's Clara McDonald and Kiama's Bea McDonald.
In the under 16s girls, Ulladulla Boardriders' Keira Buckpitt and Charlize Tout finished first and second respectively, with Werri Beach's Holly Wishart third.
While the under 16s boys division was won by Kiama's Cooper Collinge from Narooma's Matt Driscoll, Bawley Point's Ariel Hutchinson, who claimed Ocean and Earth performer of the day, and Michael Davis.
The under 14 boys category was won by Kiama's Dayan Conti, edging out Ulladulla's Koby Jackson as well as Spencer Bailey and Harry Barrington for the top spot.
Ulladulla's Jessica Ikin reigned supreme in the under 14 girls, ahead of Kiama's Keira Puckeridge and Bronte Herft.
Finally, the top two in the under 12 boys were Lincoln Dell and Tamaroa Herft, as Lucy Darragh, Alice Hodgson and Jada Larsen were the podium finishers in the under 12 girls.
The large majority of these athletes, as well as Ulladulla's Beau Buckpitt, Spencer Bailey, Kane Doull and Phillip Davies, have now qualified for the NSW Junior State Surfing Titles, catering for the under 16s and 18s, to be held at Coffs Harbour from July 19-23.
One week later, the under 12s and 14s will hit the water at Maroubra Beach for the NSW Grommet State Surfing Titles, from July 26-28.
