The Planted Vegan Market is the brainchild of Anastasia Martini of Anastasia's Bake Shop in Lake Illawarra, and will host around 30 stalls from food to fashion.
"Veganism isn't a bad thing, we're trying to help people see you can have a really healthy, active lifestyle on a vegan or plant based diet," she said.
Co-organiser Courtney Beaton said she was "floored" by the huge positive response they have received over creating this event.
"There is a huge shift in people wanting to better understand where their food and day-to-day products, cleaning products and perfumes are coming from," she said.
"We saw this as a chance to showcase the amazing people making vegan normal and totally debunking the all too common thinking that vegan is little more than kale and water."
