The MakeShift "social prescribing" program will use art classes, cooking clubs, movement, nature and craft to boost wellbeing.
They have also partnered with iCare to run an eight-week course for injured workers while they are on leave.
"We have always known that our community, every community, needs intentional, easy ways to come together for connection and play," said co-founder Lizzie Rose.
