Irish-born Melbourne-based comic Dave Callan, known for his work on triple j Rove Live will be the MC on Friday, June 14 and the following evening's show.
The confirmed Wollongong line-up includes perennial favourite Cal Wilson, who has long been in demand, particularly on the tail of her Netflix special.
Ex-teacher/musician Ben Knight, who has sold out Comedy Festival runs in 2017 and 2018, will also perform in Wollongong.
Knight landed roles in two Australian feature films and scored a lead role in ABC TV's The Warriors as well as roles in Upper Middle Bogan and Offspring.
Welsh comic Lloyd Langford and Blake Freeman, winner of Best Newcomer Award 2019, are also on the bill.
Freeman is one of Australia's brightest new comedians, making a name for himself with his own brand energetic and disarmingly honest comedy.
