Walker and Lions' best-on-ground Will Cook tangled and the AFL South Coast's leading goalkicker came from the ground with concussion symptoms and did not return.
The Lions were in control at the time anyway, charging to a 44-point lead at half-time, before running out 16.10 (106) to 3.11 (29) winners.
"It was just good to put four quarters together," coach Ray Burgess said.
"Coming off the bye we felt like we were starting again, so we spoke about making sure we do the right things and try and build some momentum for the rest of the season.
"Will has been outstanding for us this year, it's great to see him using the ball so well.
"And Sam up front with Jake Hogarth have combined well up front, so with a big game against Figtree next week, hopefully we can start to put it all together."
Hogarth kicked two in his 100th game, while Wilson was among the Lions best to finish with seven.
Premiers Kiama were pushed by Bomaderry in the first half, but dominated the second to run out 12.13 (85) to 5.6 (36). The Tigers were within four at the main break, but Will Howitt and Charlie Wood ensured the Power switched on.
Figtree kept Northern Districts goalless in the second half to win 18.15 (123) to 4.6 (30).
Meanwhile, Phillipa Davis kicked four goals as the Wollongong Saints brushed aside AFL Sydney premiership rivals Manly at North Dalton Park on Saturday.
The Saints were outstanding in the second half, kicking five goals to two to run out 7.7 (49) to 3.2 (20) on their annual Multiple Sclerosis fundraising day.
Madeleine Rowe rated as the Saints best-on-ground, while Eleri Morris, Jessie Sheridan and Jen Stanton were also among their best.
Eleri Morris finished with two goals and Madison Norwood one.
It meas the Saints are now on top of the AFL Sydney division one ladder, on percentage ahead of Pennant Hills, with Manly now third.
In their last season in Sydney as part of a league restructure, Wollongong take on Camden on Saturday, who have won just two games.
The Saints have played in the past three division one grand finals, including a premiership in 2017.
