Hosted by Kiama Swimming Club, the competition was split into two days, with day one a meet for those new to the sport, while day two saw the region's best battle it out for victory as they targeted qualifying times for upcoming meets.
Wollongong Swim Club was among the top performing clubs, with the group claiming 24 gold medals across the two days.
Newly named Wollongong Female Club Vice-Captain Veronica Simmons-Curcio was among the standouts, with the 15-year-old claiming five gold medals.
Simmons-Curcio is joined in the club's leadership team by fellow teenagers Hanna Agnew, Reece Lendvay and Jarrod Dyer.
"We are looking forward to our Captains and Vice-Captains in providing some new dynamic and innovative ideas for success in our club," Wollongong Swim Club president Col Bruton said.
