Three points ahead of Corrimal, Olympic tackle third-placed Albion Park on Saturday in a crucial showdown, with the attacking firepower of Yusuke Ueda up against White Eagles strike weapon Cameron Morgan.
Antoniou said he expected Olympic to raise the bar.
"We've been playing ok, but there's no doubt we have plenty of improvement in us," he said.
"So we're in a good position, given we've got a lot left to find this season.
"This is a really big test for us, playing at their ground, just as they've found some really good form."
Antoniou warned of over-committing to stop Morgan, who scored all six goals in a 6-1 demolition of Port Kembla and has 15 for the season.
"He's a great player and shown why he's so dangerous," he said.
"But I've watched them a couple of times this year and they've got a great team around him, with guys who work hard to create opportunities, so it's not just about stopping him."
