Created by writer and academic Sarah Nicholson, the festival will host panels, readings, book launches, and author signings at Thirroul District Community Centre on September 15.
Some of the speakers include Jesse Blackadder, Robyn Cadwallader, Kate Forsyth, Claire Corbett and Cat Sparks.
Publisher Jo Mackay will discuss HQ's HERSTORY campaign, with historical novelists Tea Cooper, Karen Brooks and Kerri Turner.
This year has an emphasis on emerging and first-time novelists and will feature Lauren Chater and Monica Tan; from Brisbane, Melissa Fagan and Jessica White; and Illawarra writers, Julie Keys, Judi Morison, Helena Fox and Chloe Higgins.
