Owners of the establishment have lodge a development application with Wollongong City Council to extend and amend a current DA for the eatery.
They are also requesting permission to install glass screening to the perimeter of the outdoor dining area to improve the amenity by way of "weather protection along acoustic benefits for surrounding residents".
"The subject proposal again seeks continued use as previously approved, which is primarily an example of modern progression in direct response to market and tourist industry expectations to also enable general public to access the café / restaurant facilities on-site," the DA stated.
The application is on exhibition until July 11, via council's website.
