Kiwi prop Ngatokotoru Arakua becomes the fifth member of the Broncos team which won the inaugural women's title last year to join the Dragons this year, bringing added firepower to the forward pack.
"Toru (Arakua) is another forward who brings experience to our pack and a player who lives up to theory of having someone playing with you rather than against you," Lacey said.
Queensland centre Stephanie Mooka also comes aboard, after catching Lacey's eye at this year's national championships, while front-rower Najvada George, back-rower Sarah Togatuki and centre Alexandrea Kiriwi complete the new-look group.
"We are excited by the possibilities of this squad. The competition can't come quick enough now," Lacey said.
Lacey has also signed NSW and Australian stars Maddie Studdon and Kezie Apps, as well as talented Illawarra juniors Rikeya Horne and Keeley Davis.
