The three oceanfront lots will be offered at auction on July 28.
They are part of a larger release of six lots that make up The Beachside Collection, Stage 3 at The Waterfront.
The three oceanfront lots to be offered at auction range in size from 480sqm to 742sqm, and are located on Oceanfront Drive adjacent to Bass Point Tourist Road.
There is no reserve price available for these lots.
Meanwhile, the other three beachside lots in the release range from 496sqm to 798sqm.
They will be sold via electronic ballot on August 1.
Registrations close July 21.
The price guide for the three lots that are being sold via ballot is $825,000 to $1.1 million.
All of the lots are less than 100 metres from the edge of the future Shellharbour Marina and boat harbour.
Frasers Property Australia director Glenn Colquhoun said the Shellharbour Marina and boat harbour is expected to be completed and fully operational by the time buyers have built their homes and moved in.
This follows the popularity of stage two of the Beachside Collection.
Three oceanfront land lots at The Waterfront set a record for land at Shell Cove on April 13.
A 507sqm lot sold for $1.3 million, while a 594sqm lot fetched $1.4 million.
Two registered bidders fought it out for the final 559sqm block, which sold for $1.471 million.
