The two teams enter the match in contrasting fashion, with the Hawks riding high after a commanding 84-42 victory over Dubbo at the Snakepit last Saturday night. Shoalhaven, however, suffered an 89-85 loss to Lithgow.
Illawarra now sit third on the ladder, one win ahead of the Tigers. Including this clash, There are just four matches remaining in the season.
The Hawks youth league team will also make the trip to Nowra, with Illawarra facing Shoalhaven earlier on Saturday afternoon.
That match will see emerging star Angus Glover attempt to recreate the incredible performance he produced in last week's victory over Blacktown.
The 20-year-old scored 47 points, including a remarkable 11 three pointers in the 108-66 win.
