The first 100 people to shop at Lincraft will receive a $10 gift voucher when doors open at 9am.
The new store will employ 12 people across full-time, part-time and casual positions.
Crafty connoisseurs of all styles of needlework will now have easy access to the latest trends and be able to take part in regular community workshops and information sessions.
Warrawong Plaza centre manager Andrew Martin said the company would provide a unique offering within the centre.
"Lincraft has a strong reputation among artisans for its devotion to supplying a broad and contemporary range of products that have multiple applications," he said.
"This store will fill a void in this region for quality crafts, upholstery and homewares and we believe our customers will embrace this opportunity to get in touch with their artistic side."
Lincraft Australia Managing Director John Maguire said Warrawong Plaza was chosen for the new store because of its traditionally creative consumer base.
"Our aim is always to provide inspiration for today's lifestyle-focused communities which understand the value and joy in being able to put their own stamp or personality on the items they wear, share or decorate their homes with," he said.
"Traditional crafts and creativity once again has a growing presence in our society because of the personal rewards they provide. Our customers understand that nothing makes you feel better than saying 'I made this myself'.
"We aim to give our customers as many ideas and free projects as possible and then provide them the ingredients they need to complete their task."
