Following an approach by Bikers4heroes she is planning a day-long marathon from Scarborough Hotel to the Illawarra Convoy office in Albion Park Rail on August 3.
"MEZ's Super Hero Lead Bike Hike" is taking donations that can be doubled it Ms Mouawad sets a new record.
She is grateful to be encouraged to do the walk again by the relatively new Convoy team that is challenging her to beat the record she set in 2016 of 7 hours and 27 minutes.
"This gives me the extra motivation to achieve my goal and do my little bit to help raise funds to help the families who have been affected by any illness. My goal is $10,000," she said.
Bikers4heroes is a "Convoy Lead Bike" fundraising group of motorcycle enthusiasts.
Ms Mouawad describes them as "a bunch of friendly men doing something fantastic for a great cause".
"All proceeds from my walk will go to the Illawarra Community Foundation to help kids and families in the Illawarra who live each day battling ill health.
"Money raised on August 3 will add to the tally for the Bikers4Heroes team to bid in the "Convoy Lead Bike" auction on i98fm on the Wednesday morning prior to Convoy 2019".
Stu Butler, of Bikers4heroes, said it was sensational having someone go to such lengths to help local people and in the process help his team hopefully win the bid to be lead bike on Convoy day.
"People can get in contact with us on our Bikers4heroes Facebook page".
Russell Parkinson said 2018 was Bikers4heroes first convoy and they were looking forward to doing it again.
"But this is our first official year and we want to raise as much money as possible for the cause and win lead bike," he said.
"We are a passionate bunch of people who are interested in helping people in the Illawarra".
Ms Mouawad will start her walk at 5am from Scarborough Hotel. People can either sponsor her or register to walk with her to help local families.
"Previously I walked this route by myself and another time with a few friends," she said.
"This year I am wanting to do the "Forest Gump" thing and get as many people as I can to register and walk with me all the way or part of the way.
Following the marathon effort there will be a celebration at the Albion Park RSL.
A Bikers4heroes Msquerade Ball is being planned at Jamberoo Resort on October 12.
