The centre and partner Our Community Pantry have announced the popular FishIn event will return to Picton next month.
Last year's event attracted more than 700 people - including lots of families. The centre's outdoor swimming pool was filled with hundreds of trout.
Centre manager James Barnes said he couldn't wait to hold the 2019 FishIn event.
"It's coming up so quickly and it's very exciting," he said.
"It was great seeing so many young people come along last year. We will have even more fish this year, so there is a better of getting a catch."
FishIn will again raise funds for Our Community Pantry, the Bargo-based organisation that helps families in need.
Mr Barnes said the centre was proud to support Our Community Pantry.
"All money raised will go to charity so it's great for the Wollondilly community," he said.
Our Community Pantry's founder Paula Zrilic said last year's FishIn raised more than $20,000 for her organisation.
"That money went towards renovating our facilities and to build a cool room. This allowed us to expand from 800 to 2500 members," she said.
Ms Zrilic called on local residents to dig deep again and support FishIn.
"We hope to raise even more money this year," she said.
"This time, money will go towards getting an external freezer and a bigger [delivery] truck so we can help more families."
FishIn will be held over two weekends, on August 3 and 4, and August 10 and 11.
The one-hour sessions will start at 6.30am, 7.45am, 9.30am, 2pm, 3.15pm and 4.30pm.
Families can purchase a ticket for $20.
Participants are invited to bring along their own fishing gear, but spare reels are available if needed.
No fishing licence is required.
The one-hour sessions will start at 6am, 7.15am, 8.30am, 2pm, 3.15pm and 4.30pm.
