Ms Watson has launched a campaign asking for residents to sign an online petition which calls on Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello to establish a centre in the Shellharbour electorate.
"We are the only community in the Illawarra region that does not have a dedicated Service NSW Centre," she said.
"My community want their fair share.
"My residents pay their taxes, they deserve the same access to basic government services as the rest of the Illawarra and the rest of New South Wales."
In November 2015, the state government closed the Shellharbour Motor Registry.
A temporary Service NSW digital kiosk was set up at Stockland Shellharbour to help with the transition.
This kiosk was closed in 2017 and has not been replaced.
The closest centres are in Warrawong, Kiama and Wollongong, where residents can access basic government services such as drivers or boat licences; births, death and marriage certificates; Opal and seniors cards as well as NSW Fair Trading licences.
In February 2019, the state government announced they would establish 10 new Service NSW centres, all of which are planned for growth suburbs in Sydney.
NSW Labor pledged to open a Service NSW centre in Dapto at the March 2019 election.
The commitment was not matched by the NSW Liberals.
In June, Mr Dominello opened the 100th Service NSW centre in the state and declared the state government had "hit a century".
"Whilst the Minister is out there boasting about all of the Service NSW centres that have opened across the state, the people in my electorate are still forced to go without one," Ms Watson said.
"We deserve the same access to government services."
