Traffic is using the right turn lane to pass the incident as a utility company, heavy vehicle tow truck, Transport NSW and emergency services attend the scene.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and expect delays as traffic conditions become heavy in the area.
Meanwhile Wilton Road remains closed in both directions at Broughton Pass for repairs following a recent truck accident.
