Last week, Roads and Maritime Services released the community consultation report which included responses to the 66 public submissions into the design and landscaping of the bypass.
Thirty-three of those submissions included issues with the Yallah interchange.
In September 2017, the Mercury broke the news that the design did not include southbound access to the bypass for Dapto residents - the so-called Yallah interchange.
Instead, Dapto residents would continue to use the existing Princes Highway with its traffic lights and 60km/h speed limit.
Northbound bypass traffic will be able to exit onto the Princes Highway to Dapto as they do now.

Ever since then, Dapto residents have been unhappy about the missing interchange - and they voiced their concerns to Roads and Maritime Services.
"The majority of comments received as part of the online survey were regarding the Yallah (northern) interchange not being included as part of the project," the consultation report noted.
The issues raised included asking why it was not included, concerns about extra travel time and the amount of consultation with residents in Haywards Bay and Dapto.
"Roads and Maritime Services has carried out traffic modelling which included growth around the planned residential developments at Yallah and West Dapto," the report responded.
"This indicated the interchange is not required until there is a substantial increase in traffic."
The report also noted Dapto motorists using the Princes Highway will get a better run than at present, because 65 per cent of current traffic will relocate to the bypass.
It added that Roads and Maritime Services were investigating the future performance of the M1 Princes Motorway between Wollongong and Dapto.
One submission also complained about "loss of property value" as a result of the Yallah interchange not being included.
