The incident occurred about 6.25am, at Five Islands Road and Glastonbury Avenue, Unanderra.
Emergency services and Transport for NSW attended the scene, with ambulance officials treating two patients.
According to Ambulance NSW, one of the patients was a 40-year-old female, who didn't sustain any injuries, but was treated for shock.
The second patient was a 35-year-old man, who may have sustained right arm injuries.
However, both patients are reportedly stable, and aren't expected to be needed to be transported to hospital.
According to Live Traffic, a traffic signal post has been damaged in the incident.
Motorists are being advised to exercise caution.
