In July last year Robert Specogna and Michael Arbelias invited some of Australia's top wine makers to share their passion and numbers steadily grew with each dinner.
The degustation and wine tasting celebration started with Barossa Valley's Rolf Binder sharing his knowledge in June and concluded with Mark Messenger from Juniper Estate in the Margaret River region.
"Everyone really responded well. The have supported the winemakers and loved the food," Mr Specogna said.
As soon as the series ended Mr Specogna made a decision to make winter wine degustation dining an annual thing.
The 2019 series starts with a Willows Vineyard lunch on July 24, Wild Duck Creek Estate lunch on July 26, Kilikanoon Dinner on August 14 and Flowstone Vineyard Lunch on September 26.
