Matt Mingay and his 12-year-old son Maddox - also known as "Madz" - will perform tricks on a custom Harley-Davidson 1200 Nightster and a custom 150cc YCF.
They'll then swap two wheels for four, and go off-road around a purpose built supercross track withing WIN Stadium.
Maddox has been performing with his dad for the past two years and said he was excited to be at the same event as the legendary Robbie Maddison.
"What's pretty cool is Maddo [Robbie Maddison] has been a 007 stuntman and Dad has been a Mission Impossible stuntman," he said.
Formerly known as the Sydney Motorcycle Show, the Australian Motorcycle Festival moved to the Illawarra to provide greater interaction for visitors with over 20,000sqm of outdoor space in Lang Park.
The festival will showcase the latest motorcycles, scooters, ATV's UTV's, electric bikes, trikes and jet-ski's.
It also coincides with Round 3 of the 2019 Australian Supercross Championship at WIN Stadium - which is where Maddison will be seen.
The Australian Motorcycle Festival is at Lang Park on November 9 and 10, tickets will be available at the gate.
