The trio is best known for their song Smoko; the hilarious video for which became a viral hit upon its release in 2017.
The Chats have released a new single Identity Theft (out via their own label Bargain Bin Records) and a tour of the same name set to take place in September/October.
They will perform at UOW Unibar, Wollongong on Wednesday, September 25.
The new single is also accompanied by another eye-catching video.
This year has been a busy one for The Chats.
After the trio dropped their anthem Pub Feed, the words "chicken schnitty" were heard bouncing around airwaves all over the country.
They opened for Iggy Pop at Festival Hall in Melbourne, and then went on to sell out all of their over and underage shows on their subsequent Australian tour.
The Chats then threw their shorts, thongs, cheap sunnies and gallows humour into a duffle bag for a jaunt around the US.
