That was to call in Illawarra drag queen Roxee Horror.
Adam Larkham, aka Roxee Horror, is Olivia's brother and Ms Larkham's son.
Ms Larkham started planning her daughter's fifth birthday party at their Corrimal home more than a year ago.
She wanted to give her Wiggles-obsessed daughter, who has Down Syndrome, a party to remember on Sunday.
"Olivia is often not invited and is excluded from birthday parties and all we want is for her to be included," she said. "That's why I went all out with the decorations.
"It is Olivia's big special day and it is so nice to see her so happy.
"She can't always comprehend what's going on but she always has a go.
"Olivia has brought so much joy to our lives. She is the apple of my eye.
"I am so lucky to have beautiful children who help each other."
There were Wiggles banners, a cut-out Big Red Car, Wiggles-decorated table setting and food as well as personalised gift bags.
Children were entertained with a ball pit, jumping castle, magician, face painter and of course, Emma Wiggle who performed songs and dances.
Ms Horror jumped at the chance to bring a smile to his sister's face and eagerly started collecting and making the costume to transform into Emma Wiggle.
"Olivia loves it when I dress up as Roxee," Ms Horror said. "I see Olivia every time I go to an event and dress up as Roxee. She says 'pretty' and gets so excited.
"It was also important for Olivia to not feel out of her comfort zone or overwhelmed and she didn't feel like that because she knows Roxee."
Ms Horror said The Wiggles was the first television show Olivia responded to and she loved re-watching it.
"I was up at 6.30am to shower and shave then it took me four hours to do makeup and get dressed," she said. "It is a long process to turn into Roxee but of course Olivia is worth it."
Ms Larkham invited Olivia's friends from her dance group, swimming lessons, preschool, early intervention classes and the Down Syndrome community.
