Police will allege Davis lit vegetation on fire at eight different locations between 1am and 2.30am on April 29, prompting calls from residents who spotted the flames.
The first fire was in a tree near the Levendi Cafe on Cliff Road, the second on the edge of a nearby cliff.
It is alleged Davis then headed north, lighting fires in close proximity to local bike tracks, including the 'Blue Mile' at Wollongong, and the 'Fairy Creek Bike Track' at Fairy Meadow.
All fires were extinguished by emergency services or members of the public.
Davis was arrested at her Corrimal home on July 3 and charged with eight counts of intentionally cause fire and be reckless as to its spread.
Her lawyer sought an adjournment in court on Tuesday to speak with Davis further, saying she had a significant intellectual disability.
