The local stable has four of the 10 runners engaged with Gotta Go Ya Hu and Motu Gatecrasher leading the charge and Lombo Kotakinabalu and Im The Director as useful backups.
"It's hard to separate Gotta Go Ya Hu and Motu Gatecrasher," Shane Tritton said.
"Technically on last week's run Motu Gatecrasher is the one to beat but Gotta Go Ya Hu is a Group 1 performer and is ready to rock 'n' roll first-up.
Shane's reference to Motu Gatecrasher was his outstanding second to champion stayer Tiger Tara, beaten neck over 2300m in 1:53.9.
"I actually wasn't surprised he got so close to Tiger," Shane said.
"I have a big opinion of him and his work during the week was his best ever."
That said Shane is not ruling out Gotta Go Ya Hu and stable driver Lauren has elected to drive him.
"He has been set for the race and he went super in private during the week.
"Motu was thrown in the race after last week's run and it's unfortunately they have to clash."
The injury-plagued 9yo Lombo Kotakinabalu is Shane's favourite pacer around the stable and he believes he has come back better than ever.
"He won a trial the other day at Menangle but he is notorious for taking a few runs before he reaches his peak," Shane added.
Im The Director is a 100/1 chance in the race and he hasn't been disgraced in both his Level 1 runs in recent weeks.
The Tritton's have two other big chances on the program to increase their unassailable lead in the Metropolitan Trainers' Premiership with only two weeks to go.
Cocosfella (race 1) and Blue Moon Rising (Race 5) will be very hard to beat according to Tritton.
"Cocosfella is heading for the top grade and I expect him to be too good for his rivals while Blue Moon Rising should lead all-the-way," Tritton concluded.
