Wollongong police officers swooped on at least four Illawarra homes, one in Coniston, one in Mount Keira and two in Woonona, arresting a number of people about 6.30am on Friday morning.
Three people, one woman and two men who are twins, were arrested at a Coniston home on Wonson Avenue.
The dog squad, general duties police, Highway Patrol and police detectives remain at the Coniston home.
Police allegedly found hundreds of pills, cocaine, replica pistols and cash inside the home.
It's understood drugs were also found inside a car outside the home.
The RSPCA were called in to remove a pet dog at the premises.
Officers attached to Strike Force Yuppara made the arrests, with the strike force set up to investigate the large-scale supply of cocaine and MDMA in the Illawarra region.
