Whittaker will be at WIN Entertainment Centre on Thursday, December 5 as part of the 'Up Close and Personal' tour.
He will be discussing his approach to the octagon, and the journey that has led him to become one of the world's most respected mixed martial artists.
Having begun his sporting career in rugby league, he quickly made his mark on the Australian MMA scene with an explosive and entertaining fighting style.
Whittaker created history as Australia/New Zealand's first fighter to claim a UFC championship belt after defeating No.1 ranked middleweight contender, Yoel Romero at UFC 213 in Las Vegas.
Whittaker hasn't fought for more than a year due to health problems. However, 'The Reaper' will defend his title against New Zealand phenom Israel Adesanya at Marvel Stadium on October 6, headlining UFC 243.
Tickets for the speaking tour go on-sale at 9am on Friday via Ticketmaster.
