Police allege David Ognenovski bought at least some of his product from the brothers, which he then gave to Thomas Walton and a third man to sell at street level.
The twins stand accused of running a "sophisticated" criminal drug syndicate from their Wonson Avenue home and were arrested, along with Walton, Ognenovski and six others, in the wake of sweeping drug raids across the Illawarra last Friday.
Court documents said Strike Force Raptor launched an investigation into Walton, Ognenovski and the third man in late April.
Police will allege that between May and August, Walton and Ognenovski sold 783 grams of cocaine and 543 grams of ecstasy. Officers valued the drugs at $304,000 retail.
Police allege customers occasionally attended Walton's Wollongong home to make purchases but many sales were conducted away from the house.
The amounts on offer included "bags" (0.8 grams), "balls" (3.5 grams), "quartz" (7 grams), "halves" (14 grams), and "ounces" (28 grams), police allege.
On June 12, police allegedly recorded a conversation between the trio about larger quantities of cocaine, prompting the third man to ask "where are we going to hide that?"
On June 27, an associate of the trio allegedly turned up at the house and was overheard exclaiming "what the f--k? How much is that? I've never seen that much rack in my life", allegedly referring to 250 grams of cocaine which police claim Ognenovski handed to Walton and the third man to distribute.
Two weeks later, Ognenovski was recorded praising Walton's selling skills.
"Tommy, how the f--k did you sell that much in two days?" he said.
Walton allegedly replied "someone bought half an ounce, someone bought a quarter, someone bought [another] quarter".
During search warrants at the pair's respective houses, police located steroid agents, large quantities of drugs hidden from view and a jet ski, believed to have been taken from a customer who owed a drug debt to the group.
Both men five charges including commercial drug supply, dealing with proceeds of crime and participating in a criminal group.
The pair sought release on bail - Ognenovski and Saturday and Walton on Monday - however both applications were refused on account of the strength of the prosecution case. The matters will return to court in October.
