The reason is to celebrate the new name of the airport - from Illawarra Regional Airport to Shellharbour Airport.
Shellharbour City Mayor Marianne Saliba said the name change was to provide a direct link between the airport and the city.
"As part of cementing our identity as a rapidly growing tourism and transport hub, it is important our largest assets - including the Shellharbour Marina - promote Shellharbour City as a destination," Cr Saliba said.

She said the offer of free parking for the next three months was to encourage people to use the local airport rather than drive to Sydney.
Fly Corporate has been operating out of the airport since late 2018, following the rapid collapse of previous airline JetGo, which was wrapped up with debts of $38 million.
Fly Corporate makes 32 flights a week direct to Melbourne and Brisbane.
Cr Saliba said the council was looking to continue growing the uses of the airport, which also includes a light aeronautics industry and engineering services for aircraft.
"The airport plays a key role as a driver of economic growth in the region," she said.
"Development has always been aimed at generating direct and indirect employment via the promotion of tourism, education, maintenance and other transport related industries.
"The airport has growth capacity to significantly add to the region's economy."
