This is the largest, one-day, free, family festival within regional NSW, attracting huge crowds. With the streets closed to traffic, Corrimal turns into a centre of bustling fun.

This year the Festival celebrates its 38th anniversary, there will be so much to see and do with over 250 market stalls, street entertainment and a huge street parade.
Join Marty Haynes, Christie Hayes and Crammy McCramface, the fabulous breakfast crew from i98FM and Maje Saba, who will broadcast live from the event from 9am - come and meet the team.
Wollongong City Council Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery AM officially opens the Festival at 11.45am in Memorial Park, followed by the national anthem and winners of the Sassy Me Grand Parade and Cossies R Us Corrimal Citizen of the Year.
This year Sassy Me is hosting the largest street parade in the Illawarra with over 900 people. Starting at 10am at Short Street, the parade will then will make its way down the Princes Highway to Collins Street.
The Ability Artists Exhibition and Competition will again be housed at the Underwood Centre located within Russell St starting at 10.30am while the Giant Car Boot Sale organised by Wollongong City Council will be held from 9am to 1pm.
Keep the kids entertained all day with plenty of free children's entertainment at the PhysioHealth Kids Strong Children's and Community Entertainment Stage located in Railway St and the Illawarra Scout activity area located near the Corrimal Scout Hall.
Definitely check out the family rides at the Lederer Corrimal Family Funzone at the Short Street car park. Fill in an entry form for a chance to grab some cash with 10 Cash Box Live Draws!
Corrimal RSL will host their ever popular food and beverage precinct on the Princes Highway. There will be amusement rides, face painting, showbags, stage acts and more.
Local restaurants and cafes will set up roadside with an array of treats plus food vans.
Enjoy delicious treats, coffee or a gourmet meal at the Specsavers Corrimal International Food Arena in Memorial Park while enjoying a variety of performances on the Corrimal RSL Entertainment Stage.
Presented by the Corrimal Chamber of Commerce and diamond sponsor Corrimal RSL Club, the Festival operates on a not-for-profit basis with a team of volunteers.
