A truck crash is affecting southbound traffic on the M1 Princes Motorway approaching Kanahooka Rd on Tuesday morning.

The accident occurred about 3am with the truck's trailer rolling into the centre median.
The Transport Management Centre says southbound motorists on the M1 Princes Motorway should expect delays through Kanahooka as the clean-up operation continues.
Both southbound lanes are closed with motorists moving past the incident in the breakdown lane.
The Transport Management Centre says crews at the scene are working to clear the site and keep southbound traffic flowing, however the clean-up is expected to continue for much of the morning.
It advises motorists travelling through the area to exercise caution, expect delays and allow some additional travel time.
Transport for NSW, emergency services, a bobcat and excavator are presently attending the scene.

All southbound lanes of the M1 Princes Motorway are now open at Kanahooka following the overnight truck crash.
A salvage and clean-up operation has been affecting traffic for most of the morning and there are still delays in both directions on the motorway.
Motorists travelling through the area should allow additional travel time while traffic returns to normal.
