The girls will travel to Lake Macquarie for the semi-final of the knockout tournament, with a place in Wednesday's final on the line.
Cairns High and Hunter Sports High will play in the other semi-final.
Illawarra will hope to go one further than Holy Spirit did in 2018, with the girls from Bellambi falling to Westfields Sports High in last year's final.
Westsfields are the most successful school in Bill Turner Trophy history, the side winning the competition 12 times. This year will see the team chase the school's third-straight title.
While they are set for a tough game, Illawarra enters the match in impressive form, the side beating Moruya 8-0 in the round of 16 before they comfortably defeated Albury 4-0 in last month's quarter-final.
The girls will be led by Jazzie Martin and Sienna Saveska, with both girls scoring doubles in the quarter-final win and Martin named player of the match in the victory over Moruya.
