From 9am to 4pm all the colour the season will be on show as people from all walks of life flock to the biggest day of the year for the local community.
Spring Into Corrimal chairperson Paul Boultwood said the 2018 event more attracted over 70,000 people when many feared it may be the last.
But with support from Superintendent Chris Craner of Wollongong Police, Wollongong City Council, Member for Keira Ryan Park, David Rawle, of Wymark insurance brokers, Amber Morrisey, of Bluejuice Events, Cr Jenelle Rimmer it was back as big as ever with more than 270 market stalls.
Mr Boultwood said while the Sassy Me Grand Street Parade will again be a highlight with 20,000 spectators likely to watch on, there are many other drawcards.

They include an Ability Artists Art Exhibition & Competition, Corrimal RSL Outdoor Food & Beverage Precinct, Lederer Family Fun Zone, Cossies R Us Corrimal Citizen of the Year Award, Wollongong City Council Car Boot Sale and Specsavers Corrimal International Food Arena.
Mr Boultwood said there are also three entertainment stages boasting non stop action as well as plenty of activity for children.
The forecast is for 18 degrees and partly cloud with late showers but even though it won't be a completely clear blue sky spring day he doesn't expect that will keep people away.
Mr Boultwood said the feedback and response to this 2019 festival is positive and exciting.
"This is not just about Corrimal," he said.
"It has become so big more and more people are coming down from Sydney making the event a gateway to the Illawarra".
His message is "come and see how great Corrimal is".
Mr Boultwood said there has been a lot of interest in Corrimal RSL's outdoor area introduced for the first time in 2018.
And plenty of speculation into who the Corrimal Citizen of the Year will be.
