Aussie Books for Zim is hosting a moving exhibition at the Big Fat Smile Gallery in Railway Street, Corrimal from September 28 to October 12.
Alfred Chidembo said the Tariro Journey of Hope Celebrating the Transformative Power of Art Exhibition features images from Zimbabwean communities who have received books and library supplies from people in the Illawarra.
Mr Chidembo said there will also be artworks from Australian artists. He said the exhibition will give those who visit a chance to experience the vibrant energy of communities people in the Illawarra have helped. And showcase the transformative power of education.
