ACS is hosting a leading panel of speakers at and event titled Creating The Future, Building on the Past.
It comes as ASC's South Coast chapter celebrates its 15th anniversary.
ACS boasts the largest tech ecosystem and ICT community in Australia as is growing as more organisations embrace innovation and technology and rely on numerous IT platforms to facilitate and deliver their business.
It helps organisations provide more efficient services in areas such as education, government, community services, business services and industrial and primary industries.
Facilitated by NSW state manager Cheryl Mack the panel features ACS board member and past president Anthony Wong, iAccelerate chief executive Omar Khalifa, Illawarra Business Chamber executive director Adam Zarth, Wollongong City Council chief information officer Ingrid McAlpin and University of Wollongong Institute of Cybersecurity and Cryptology director Willy Susilo.
Questions can be submitted for panelists prior to the forum which is timed to start at 5.30pm and finish in time for guests to proceed to the Puckeys Food Market where they can continue to discuss points raised. Bookings to the free event can be made online.
