At Dapto, Cawbourne Smarty maintained his unbeaten record at the track in the September 5 heats in typically strong fashion in 29.80 secs - the best time of the night.
The black dog is six from six at the Showgrounds track and will start favourite but is sure to find stern opposition from Furious Not Fast (box 7). She has won three from six at the track with a personal best of 29.78.
The series at Bulli kicked off on Monday and the performance of Bulli 400m track record holder Pindari Express to post the fastest time of the night (26.07).
