After finishing outside the top four in 2018, Shamrocks showed considerable improvement this year.
Ridgway's side rose to third on the ladder before sudden-death finals wins over University and Bowral saw them contest Saturday's decider.
"Yes, we'll definitely be back next season," Ridgway said.
"We've got a really young group of guys, we've got a few guys that are retiring, but we've also got a few juniors coming through that will fill those holes.
"With two teams in the grand final and a second grade premiership, that second grade team could compete with most teams in the first grade competition.
"We've got a lot to look forward to, we'll come back next year and have another crack."
