The Illawarra's junior cyclists continue to achieve success on the road, with a host of youngsters recording impressive results in recent weeks.

The Illawarra Cycle Club 17 years Women's squad of Sarah Cliff, Maizy Evans, Amelia Trkulja and Bronte Stewart took out the inaugural NSW Junior Team Time Trial Championships late last month.
The Illawarra's boys also excelled at the competition, the team taking home the silver medal.
Tahlia Dole also claimed NSW gold, the teenager winning the under 19 women's NSW Road Race title. Illawarra Academy of Sport cycling coach Chloe Heffernan took out the open women's race at the championships.
Luke Britten has recently returned from a trip to South Korea with the Cycling NSW U19 Development team, while Cliff, Dole, Trkulja and Emily Strumfin have been selected in a separate Cycling NSW Development team that will head to New Zealand early next month.
Finally, the region's cyclists contested the National Junior Road Championships over the weekend, with a number of youngsters claiming top-10 finishes.
