Morgan handed herself into Lake Illawarra Police Station on Wednesday morning, where she was charged with kidnapping in company with intent.
The charge comes 17 months after the incident, which occurred on April 26, 2018, and more than six months after her co-accused - Mark Chambers, Maddison Taylor and Raynor Earnshaw, were arrested at the start of the year. Chambers and Taylor pleaded guilty last week over their roles in the kidnapping, while Earnshaw is yet to enter a plea.
Police allege the victim was known to Chambers and Taylor, the later of whom picked him up from Avondale in a Holden Commodore allegedly being by Morgan, under the pretense of catching up.
However, it is alleged the catch up was a ruse and had been organised to allow Chambers, who was waiting 500m down the road, to confront the victim over a six-year-old grudge.
It is alleged Chambers punched the victim in the face, put him in a choke hold then bundled him into to boot of the car. The car drove for a while before someone thrust a knife through the shelf parcel at the victim, who received cuts on his hands trying to defend himself.
It is alleged Taylor and Morgan bashed the man when he tried to escape through the backseat. He eventually managed to flee and get help from a nearby resident.
Morgan was granted conditional bail in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday.
Chambers and Taylor will face Wollongong District Court this Friday.
