Ace Gutters employ over 180 staff (with another 40 staff based in their Victorian and Nowra operations).
Due to the introduction of DuraKote pre painted steel in 2008, and then the introduction of roofing to the product range in 2012, Ace Gutters has gone through a sustained period of growth.
DuraKote is a product that is produced by Ace Gutters' Coil Coaters Pty Ltd and is a product that is endorsed by the Australian Made and Owned Campaign and a product that has been added to the NSW Government's Land and Housing Corporation Deemed to Comply Product Register.

In 2012 Ace Gutters then introduced metal roofing to the Ace Gutters' product range which has resulted in new buildings and upgrades to existing facilities.
Staff tenure is something Don Anderson is also very proud of, as he regards every employee's contribution to the business as being of key importance and at Ace Gutters' annual service awards recognise staff contributions and achievements.
