The squad will be led by Lake Illawarra's Kerrod White, with Wollongong captain Duncan Maddinson and Uni trio Rhys Voysey, Mitch Calder and Mitch Hearn also in the side.
Sutherland have named a quality side for the Twenty20 match, with former Australian star Shane Watson and NSW representatives Ben Dwarshuis and Daniel Fallins set to line up.
Minnamurra teenager Flynn Parker will also feature for Sutherland in the match.
The clash comes a week before Wollongong hosts the Regional Bash Thunder Conference.
